The trump cards of my personality
I have a lot to offer to your company, including soft skills acquired through my experiences throughout my career. Here are four examples, which inspire me every day in all the tasks assigned to me.

Always learning !
With seven years of higher education under my belt, this doesn't stop me from continuing to develop my skills once I entered working life.
I recently obtained the RS6099 certification in innovative project management using agile methods, which I will soon complete with PRINCE2, convinced that certifications are an asset today for employers seeking skilled and committed individuals.
My goal : to build my hard skills around a type of project management that's in step with the times and tomorrow's challenges, and to continue developing my soft skills, which I believe are just as important in companies.

A job of passion
I'm lucky to have a job that I thrive in. I enjoy interacting with all of the company's stakeholders, understanding their work and role in projects.
I'm passionate about project management because I get a lot of satisfaction from leading both the project and the team toward achieving our objectives. Facing challenges together is an integral part of what I love about this job.
Above all, feeling that I'm actively contributing to the satisfaction of both my internal and external clients motivates me and makes me want to outperform every day.

An inclusive and proactive mindset
I consider diversity and inclusion to be an inseparable element of a high-performing team. It's the sum of all our experiences and the variety of our personalities that undoubtedly contribute to the success of projects. Openness to change is also an important element of my job; supporting it is undoubtedly one of my favorite parts.
I also speak several languages and never stop learning, reading, and researching to ensure useful monitoring for my company as well as for my personal intellectual enrichment. This allows me to be proactive and dare to put forward my ideas with confidence.

Commitment, teamwork and rigor
Giving myself at a 100% and always ensuring compliance with rules, processes, and deadlines is an integral part of my corporate personality. I attach great importance to synergy and everyone's involvement in achieving our goals. To me, success can only be collective!
My year in military preparatory class taught me to surpass myself and be rigorous in everything I undertake. It made me a fast and lasting learner, both curious and committed to the values and respect of the corporate system. It also allowed me to view difficulties and challenges as both challenges and opportunities.
