Agility as a guideline in Luxembourg

In this article, M. Dorian Rigaud (assurance partner, banking and capital market leader at EY Luxembourg) gives us an interesting vision of the market and priorities' evolution in Luxembourg. Continuously adapt, maintain an agile vision and make a bet on client's experience personnalization are for him the guidelines to have in 2025.

I agree with his vision, I am convinced that a tailored approach, based on client's satisfaction is crucial to the success of any project. Convince and involve everyone in a VUCA world is a real challenge, but I like to think that agility is a road companion each professional should have on his way to performance and growth.
