Continuous learning has been the guideline of my Master's degree thesis. I develop that it is a true asset for companies' performance, because it is based on a collective approach, introspection and efficient communication.

Peter Senge, in his book The Fifth Discipline (1990) illustrates his opinion throug 5 principles to follow : personnal control, going beyond mental models, linking individuals, encourage collective reflexion and adopt a systemic thinking. As a Project Manager, it is crucial for me to respect these principles for different reasons : Each project has to ensure clear communication and shared values. This way, synergy can be acheived around common and relevant targets. Humility and being able to take a step back are for me essential skills for a Project Manager.

To your opinion, Peter Senge's principles, published in 1990, are still valid ?
